Alan Richard joined the Critical Alert family in June of 2020.  He has worked in the healthcare industry selling or managing salespeople his entire 30-year career.  Most of that time, Alan sold a competing nurse communication system product.

Alan’s national healthcare sales and sales management experience spans from the western US to the eastern US, having lived in the Salt Lake City area with his family for a four year stretch prior to moving back to Philadelphia in 2014.

Alan was born in Chicago, Illinois.  His parents moved to the Philadelphia area in the early 1970’s so he and his family are both Philadelphia Eagles and Chicago Bears fans.

It was in high school that Alan met his future wife Maureen.  They settled in the Philadelphia suburbs with their boys Ben 24, Nolan 22, and Evan 19, along with his special needs sister-in-law, Erin.
