Bruno Farias completed his IT Network Management degree in 2006 and began his career providing technical support for a healthcare software company. While working, Bruno went back to school to obtain a Social Communications degree which he received in 2012.
In 2015, Bruno took on a new role working with the customer relations team. The combination of his technical background and being a “people person” made this a perfect job for Bruno. He is passionate about customer communications and ensuring that proactive support is provided.
Bruno joined the Critical Alert family in 2019 as manager of Customer Engagement. His skills and knowledge have made this newly implemented program successful and one that is very well-received by Critical Alert customers.
Bruno was born and raised in the Azores on the beautiful island of Sao Miguel. Growing up on an island has resulted in Bruno’s love for all ocean-related activities, and outdoor activities in general. However, living on Sao Miguel can sometimes feel claustrophobic, so Bruno tries to travel as much as possible. Some of his favorite destinations have been Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong. He also lived in Spain for a year which was a fantastic experience.
