Joseph Cepeda

PMO Manager

Joseph Cepeda began his career at Hill-Rom Industries. During his 11 years at Hill-Rom, he became well versed and honed his skills through different positions in Healthcare IT and devices primarily focusing on beds, nurse call, telephony devices, and nurse call integrations.

In 2014, Joe joined Critical Alert Systems as a Project Manager. He quickly began to improve/develop processes and documentation for the PMO department including a new project management platform that provided information and organization for each project. Joe was promoted to Project Management Office Manager, managing a team of project managers, implementation engineers, and a clinician. He has continued to manage the PMO Department, while managing up to 17 projects simultaneously.

Joe has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from Franklin Pierce University. He also studied Computer Science and Business Administration at Bond University in Australia. Studying abroad enabled him to interact with different cultures and learn how to adapt to our ever-changing environments. He recently achieved his Professional Certificate in Project Management at the University of Central Florida.

Joe lives in Orlando, Florida with his two sons, and his wife Stef. He enjoys coaching his son’s little league baseball team as well as coaching and playing men’s softball.
