Phil Rayson began working with Sphere3® Consulting, now a part of Critical Alert, two and a half years ago.
He managed the Help Desk and provided Client support for area hospitals. Initially, Phil’s role was a temporary/part-time position, but it was expanded to include clinical phone deployment and resource training for Spectralink, an integration partner.
Prior to this, Phil spent 17 years as a Director of Student Ministries for area United Methodist churches in both Missouri and Kansas. While doing this, he refined his skills managing youth and adult volunteers to accomplish fundraising goals along with mission trips, worship, public speaking, Christian education, and service projects. Helping others and explaining complex concepts in a way that’s easy to understand is something that comes naturally to Phil.
Phil graduated from Baker University with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Religion.
