Tom Mack
Enterprise Sales Director
Tom Mack began his career in healthcare selling medical record transcription and computer encoding systems in Detroit, Michigan. From there, he worked at Honeywell in their healthcare division specializing in hospital information systems. Tom proceeded to sell surgical software and bar-coded medical equipment locating systems.
In 1993, Tom joined the Critical Alert family as a regional sales representative. Over time, he has held many positions including regional sales manager and national sales trainer. Currently, Tom is working as an enterprise sales director.
Tom has an AA in Political Science from Florida State College and took courses in business administration as well.
Tom and his wife, Linda, have been married for 24 years. They have two sons, Justin and Todd. Justin lives in Jacksonville and Todd lives in Germany with his wife, Angie, and their two children, Lucas and Iris.
Tom and Linda travel whenever they can. They have been on at least 20 cruises to the Caribbean, Alaska and trans-Atlantic crossings. Germany is a frequent destination for Tom and Linda so they can visit their son, his wife and spend quality time with their adorable grandchildren.
