Kim Shaw has been a part of the Critical Alert family since 1997 when it was known as UCOM Paging.  For the majority of the last 23 years, Kim was the Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO.  In 2016, she took over collections as well.  Now, she focuses solely on collections as the Collections Manager.

Kim lives in Maine with her husband, Dan, and their 15-year-old daughter, Riley and 12-year-old son, Ben.  Kim and Dan met while working together at Northeast Paging which ultimately became Critical Alert.  They have been married for 17 years!

When she’s not working, you can find Kim cheering for her kids at the ice arena, basketball court or soccer field.  She also volunteers and runs concessions for their high school Boosters Organization.
