Tonya Hurlbert
Account Manager – Southeast
Tonya Hurlbert joined the Critical Alert family in 2014. Tonya began her career as a Customer Service Manager for Key Accounts where she successfully led teams through key projects.
In her current position as an Account Manager, Tonya supports hospitals in the Southeast region. Her excellent relationship skills have allowed her to develop a great rapport with the facilities she works with and makes her an integral part of the Critical Alert team. Tonya prides herself on her ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service.
Tonya and her husband Walter live in St Augustine, Florida and have been married 18 years. They have four children, five grandchildren and 2 pups. Tonya enjoys traveling and learning about new places. She also loves to attend sporting events and spend quality time with her family. Her motto in life is to “Have fun and live longer!”
